Gobi Mirage Tour 3 days/2 nights
Day 1: Arrive in Dalanzadgad City, Travel to Eagle Valley (Yoliin Am)
Arrive at Dalanzadgad Airport, where our driver will pick you up for the 1-hour drive to Yolyn Am (Vulture Valley), located in the Gobi Gurvan Saikhan National Park, a protected area since 2000. Yolyn Am is known for its thick ice that lasts almost year-round, except during August and September. Enjoy a hike through the valley and explore the stunning surroundings of the national park.
After your hike, visit the small nature museum at the entrance to Yolyn Am. The museum features a collection of dinosaur eggs, bones, stuffed birds, and a snow leopard—definitely worth a stop.
Return to the lodge by lunchtime for a relaxing afternoon and overnight stay at Gobi Mirage Lodge.

Day 2: Flaming Cliffs and Moltsog Sand dune
After breakfast, drive (1 hour) to Moltsog Sand Dune which is smaller dune that offers a perfect alternative for those who are unable to take the longer 3-4 hours off-road drive to the Khongor Sand Dune. Moltsog dune’s unique shape and tranquil setting provide a fantastic opportunity to experience the desert landscape without the long drive. Along the way, you may also have the chance to visit a local camel herding family, where you can immerse yourself in their culture and experience their renowned hospitality firsthand.
Return to the Gobi Mirage Lodge for a lunch. Spend the afternoon at the lodge, where you can enjoy Mongolian traditional games and engage with local culture in a fun.
In the late afternoon, drive (1 hour) to the famous Flaming Cliffs, a geological place known for its rich history of fossil discoveries. The cliffs come alive as the sun begins to set, casting a golden glow over the landscape and creating a breathtaking view perfect for photos and quiet reflection.
Return to the lodge for an overnight stay, where you can unwind and enjoy the peace of the Gobi. In the evening, enjoy a spectacular stargazing experience, as the clear skies offer a dazzling display of constellations and the Milky Way, providing the perfect end to your desert adventure.

Day 3: Fly Back to Ulaanbaatar
Check out and drive to Dalanzadgad Airport for your flight back to Ulaanbaatar.
